Daylon Graphics is not a software backup service. Some vendors (such as Digital River and Plimus) provide warranties to help replace lost or damaged software. If you have placed an order with such a vendor and have opted to use their warranty plan, please contact them for assistance. For orders placed with a vendor, any and all remedies regarding product replacement rest with the vendor. Daylon Graphics is not a controlling participant in the business transaction and cannot be held responsible for vendor behavior. If you prefer not to deal with a vendor, you have the option of purchasing directly from us. For orders placed directly with Daylon Graphics (via PayPal or payment by mail), we offer a one-time replacement warranty for up to thirty (30) days from time of purchase. Your product licence code and the ship-to email address will be required as identification. If you prefer to have physical media, any order can be followed up with a PayPal payment of $20 US to sales@daylongraphics.com for a CD-ROM copy of the product software. Shipment is via regular mail and usually takes between one and three weeks to arrive. If worst comes to worst, we can replace lost software for a service fee of $40 US per incident regardless of vendor. Your name, original e-mail address, original sales receipt information and licence code will be required. To arrange this product replacement, please contact Support. We do not replace lost licence codes, period. Ultimately, your best (and most cost-effective) strategy to avoid replacement problems is to immediately back up all received materials. If you have a Zip drive, a writeable CD-ROM drive or a writeable folder on a file server, the process is as simple as copying a file. |
