Please read the following information carefully. Daylon Graphics offers a one-time replacement warranty for Leveller up to thirty (30) days from time of purchase. Your product licence code and the ship-to email address will be required as identification. After thirty days, a service fee of $40 US per incident is required. If you prefer to have physical media, any Leveller order can be followed up with a PayPal payment of $20 US to sales@daylongraphics.com for a CD-ROM copy of the product software. Shipment is via regular mail and usually takes between one and three weeks to arrive. We do not replace lost licence codes, period. Ultimately, your best (and most cost-effective) strategy to avoid replacement problems is to immediately back up all received materials.
